Found an error in any review, tool calculation, or country guide? Tell us. We update content within 48 hours when factual errors are flagged. Include the URL of the page and the specific claim that needs correction.
Security Incident Tips
Have inside information about an exchange security issue, planned regulatory action, or significant policy change? We treat tips confidentially and never reveal sources without explicit consent.
Methodology Challenges
Believe one of our exchange rankings is wrong? Send us your data and reasoning. We update rankings when presented with better evidence than what we used. See our methodology page for criteria.

What We Will Not Do
To save us all time:
- Paid placements or sponsored rankings. No exchange has paid for higher placement on our rankings, and none ever will. Stop offering.
- Generic guest posts with affiliate links. We do not accept link-insertion offers, paid posts, or guest articles that exist primarily to place backlinks.
- Personalized financial advice. We are a research and education site, not a financial advisor. We cannot tell you which crypto to buy.
- Predict crypto prices. Anyone who claims they can is wrong or selling something.
- Promote your unaudited token / NFT / launchpad project. We do not cover these for cash.
Privacy
Anything you email us stays confidential unless you explicitly grant permission to publish. Tip senders are anonymous to outside parties — even when their information becomes the basis for an article. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
